1. Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and courier. About 7-15 working days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.
2. Q: What's the MOQ?
A: For the ready for ship models are no MOQ, And if you need to change the logo, you can start from small MOQ :100pcs or more. And if you need to change color or fabric, MOQ is from 100pcs to 20FT container, it can negotiate.
3. Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, manual in your language etc. are very welcome.
4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one 40HQ container.
5. Q: Have the products quality guarantee?
A: Yes, every part of our products has its own QC.
